I understand that it will be my responsibility to provide any necessary tent, table, chairs, and/or lighting for my booth. (Electricity will not be provided.) Security for items in vendor booth is solely the responsibility of the vendor. Non-profit will be assigned a specific booth location in the Non-Profit Fair at least one week prior to event. Non-profit certifies by signing below that they also meet all applicable local, state and federal laws governing their business, as well as they are certified 501(c)3 in the state of Colorado.
The event dates and hours are as follows: June 24th, 2023: 10 AM to 4 PM
Set Up: 9 AM to 10 AM
Tear Down: 4 PM to 5 PM
